We all want to feel good about our bodies. It’s natural.
But there’s so much conflicting information out there… from carbs and protein… to how you exercise… even whether you should be getting sun or not.
The list of considerations is endless.
So in this post, I want to quickly clarify the 3 phases I’ve discovered to be most important for getting the hot body you’ve always wanted.
This is so critical. If you want to be the type of person who loses weight as smoothly and easily as possible, proper detoxification will help you do that.
Part of the reason is that toxins are often stored in our fat cells, as our body’s way of protecting our organs first. Once the overall toxin burden is lowered, our body can safely begin to let go of the excess fat that it’s using to hold and protect us from excess toxins.
This also helps to explain why some people lose weight simply through detoxification and no changes to their total calories consumed.

The next phase is…
2) Optimize digestion.
How well you digest food influences everything that happens in your body — from how much nutrition your body gets, your metabolism and more.
If you have sluggish digestion, chances are you’ll feel low energy and you’ll be more likely to store food as fat overall.
Optimizing your digestion isn’t hard, and it’s something most experts don’t write about or emphasize nearly enough.
Notice how nutrition is important, but also that it comes last in the process. There’s a reason for that!
Because so many health experts or companies want to emphasize the nutrients you should be getting into your body… often because they have products offering those very nutrients.
Detoxification and optimizing your digestion are less sexy because they’re usually free and get you dramatic results. Also, once your body is cleaner and digesting food really efficiently… you’re also able to extract more nutrition from anything you consume.
